This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Solicitation Number 75H70123R00044 for the project entitled Duplex Construction, Pine Ridge Service Unit located in Pine Ridge, Kyle and Wanblee, SD. These construction services will be in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS) prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36.
The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about 4 April 2023 and will remain open for approximately 30 calendar days. The solicitation and all amendments for this Request for Proposals will be posted on https://sam.gov/. A full scope of work, plans and specifications and Construction Wage Determination will be included in the solicitation documents. This project will be advertised as full and open competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236116– New Multifamily Housing Construction (except For-Sale Builders). The associated size standard for this procurement is $39.5 million.
