Donuts
- 2/3 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp mase
- 2 pkgs yeast ( 2 1/4 tsp per pack)
Dinner Rolls
- 10 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 pkgs yeast ( 2 1/4 tsp per pack)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups warm water
Curry Chicken
- 3.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken
- 1 brown onion, diced
- Kosher salt to taste
- 1/2 cup mild curry powder
- 1 tsp Coriander to taste
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 13.5 oz Coconut milk
- Olive oil
- 30 oz Garbanzo beans
- Directions:
Cube chicken, dice onions and placed in pan coated with olive oil. Add dry ingredients and cook on medium to medium high. As meat begins to brown, add coconut milk and garbanzo beans. Let dish simmer on low and add water as needed. Once chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked, you are done. You can garnish with cilantro and serve with rice
