Recent Moisture Results in Flooded Streets in Western Arizona Cities

Recent rainfall in western Arizona has not only blessed the state but is also leading to flooding of streets in cities of Bullhead City, Laughlin, and Sedona as shown in the videos below.
The question now becomes, are we capturing this precious rainfall as a desert community should? It is clear that the recent ceremonies are doing as intended and may this planting season bring abundance for our Hopi farmers.
